Pésima aplicación. Pagamos el plan Bussiness y tuvimos problemas tras problema. No vale lo que pagas por ella. Por ese nivel de precio es mejor comprar otra.
Si quieres evitar tener muchos dolores de cabeza y malos ratos, no instales esta aplicación.

Bad application We paid the Bussiness plan and we had problems after problem. It's not worth what you pay for it. For that price level it is better to buy another one.
If you want to have a lot of headaches and bad times, do not install this application.

Never figured out how to post my reviews to my actual website. There are videos on YouTube explaining how to install and use this app, but no one actually shows/tells you how to post the reviews to your website. Isn't this the whole point? This shouldn't be rocket science. Waste of time.

App is difficult to set up and use, does not work with gmail and did not collect any reviews for me during the six weeks I used it. When I decided to change apps, I was unable to download the reviews I had collected from another app and imported into stamped.io., despite following their method of using filters. If you have a lot of time and patience to spend chatting with customer support, you can probably get this to work. If you want an app that works out of the box, however, this is not it.

Our app definitely works with Gmail, and you'll be able to update the settings to use your store's own email address.

Unfortunately I had to update my review ... Please be aware! The page speed will suffer a lot from installing this App! I deinstalled it and the page speed did not even improve! It is really not that easy to set everything up and when you ask for help you'll need multiple days to come to a conclusion because no chat function is available! Honestly I prefer running my store without reviews than to use this "feature". I see no benefit in using this ...
I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

Beware, this app will send your customers emails asking for reviews, by default, and there's no way to turn off this option!
For stores in other language than English, be sure to customize your emails and translate them, otherwise your customers will get emails from you in a language they don't understand.

We do have a setting available to pause the review requests, which will archive the review emails instead of sending them out.
There's also a complete localization setting available to translate the email content to the language of your choice, so it's definitely possible to customize the review email to your heart's content, before deciding to send them out to your customers.

BEWARE of this app!!
It emails your customers product review requests and you can’t stop it! I have just had the second round of it emailing customers (who haven’t received their goods yet) to do a product review, despite it being turned it off,and me already escalating to their customer service to make sure it is off which they confirmed.
Both times I have realised only when I have started getting customers ‘Out of office’ replies into my own inbox. Unless you want to lose control over emails going to your customers, be very wary of this app!!!!!!

We do apologize for your frustration.
Stamped.io's review request functionality once disabled, will allow block future orders from syncing over from your Shopify store, however, the current orders in the queue will continue to be sent out unless archived.
We have now set an update to the settings whereby present orders in the queue will be automatically archived once the review requests are disabled.
We apologize again for your experience, and we hope that you'll give Stamped.io another chance in the future.
ive been trying to get in touch with them with a billing issue and have had no luck. So now im losing money because i cant get my store back online until my billing issue is cleared up.

Very bad app. Half of the time it does not work. Support chats with you after like 24 hours. Just install something else
