I had a trouble with syncing after reviews import but the support was very helpful in fixing the issue.
A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

I used this app to help me generate and link reviews. It was fairly straight forward to do once you had gotten used to it.
Ich habe die App im Online Shop installiert, es war wirklich schnell und einfach. Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Das einzige was ich bei der App vermisse ist die Spracheinstellung für das Menu.
Yeah, I like the app. I approve of how it works and how long it takes to provide a few different features and submissions as well

Takes very long time to load. Feature not many. Hard to get a review from customers. Not recommended.

Our review request email is also optimized to provide the best possible conversion rate for our users, by making sure that the in-email form works in most email clients, which is the main feature that boosts conversion rate, compared to the traditional review link that most other app uses.

I like the many options this app provides and the prompt reply and help from their service team. This is so far the only review app I found that has video reviews and it will definitely add more value to my business.
I think it's good app but i'm still not using all of features , reviews are the customer satisfaction content so really need to focus
