We have recently started using this app for reviews on our shopify website. There have been alot of questions along the way and the team and their customer services have been nothing short of spectacular. We're gaining lots of valuable feedback from our customers with this app. It makes is super easy for customers to write their review directly in the email it sends. This has been a great app for collecting product reviews for our online shop.
The UI is really intuitive and easy to update. We will continue using it!
I used this app to get better at collecting reviews. I collected some, but I realised I hadn't configured the deliverability of my review emails. So I contacted support and they sorted it for me immediately. On the same day, they also helped me set up my rich snippets so Google can show my review ratings in search results! Great app, even better customer service.
