I really like the app :)
Their support team instantly replies to our queries (excellent customer service)!

Works great. Easy for the customer to write a review without being too invasive. Adding a % off voucher also is great way to encourage more reviews. Also requesting pictures of customers creations with the product is an awesome way to create a community with your brand.

A must have but too expensive hence the 4 stars.

Great app with exactly that kind of functionality we were looking for. In addition the support is an absolute blast.
We had a couple of problems during our code change and the stamped.io team helped us always within only a couple of minutes. Once again thanks for your support - highly appreciated!

This app delivers as promised. Collecting reviews is cheaper and easier! It would be nice if we could send out custom NPS requests, though

Incredible support!
We sent a request for help in installing the widget onto our store, we wanted reviews to show up on the product page and in another specific area of the product page.
Tommy sent us instructions and also offered to do the set up for us.
We opted for them to do the setup and where expecting to wait maybe 12-24 hours as we contacted them on Sunday.
We sent the request and at 10:27 am, it was completed at 10:38 am the same day !!
I have never had a faster response!

This was the first app that we used for product reviews on both of our websites and have stuck with them since! They have been evolving over time and there features get better and better! The best thing is that their support team is prompt and they always look out for your wants and needs. Would definitely recommend them!

I've been using Stamped.io for about a year and love it. Easy to setup custom email automations to get reviews and easy to publish/unpublish/edit reviews if needed. Additionally I recently needed some help from customer support because of a theme update I did and they fixed my problem super fast. I'll be a customer for life :)

Awesome app, and works brilliantly at getting customers to give a review.

One thing that I would like to see added is an overview at the top of the reviews snippet that shows the total number of reviews for each star so it is easy for customers to tell what percentage is 5 star vs 4 star vs 3 star etc.

Love the app and especially love the customer service. Super easy and helpful. They were able to help with my request and i didn't need to do much. Thank you again.
