I would have love to give this app a good review, but quite frankly I hope this review is help to improve the app. Clicking from Shopify app page, the app takes absolutely forever to load. The reviews to my customers never load, unless they click on the "Have trouble loading, click here" , which isn't helpful because their review gets erased and they have to start over on the stamped website which is so bad!!! And the app website is incredibly slow. Sadly I would delete this app in a heart beat and replace with something better if it wouldn't take my reviews on my site with it. Super disappointed, saw it on Tik Tok and had my hopes really high, but was let down. PLEASE improve this app, I know it has so much potential to be AWESOME. Update: Thank you so much for getting back to me! I am having three issues. The app loading from the Shopify store (has improved since the update). But most importantly the emails interacting with my customers. Two problems. The email isn't submitting for their mobile review (but does work on desktop but 80% of mine use their phone). And the "resend" email is not being sent to them. I followed up with two customers after the resend email label had been present in the stamped.io website, and nothing.

My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question

I need help, and no one replies. I've imported some reviews from an older website, and they aren't showing up on our current website where the Stamped app is active. It's quite annoying. I would love some help because it should be a good app.

This app was recommended to me but adding the different lines of code (when they can't tell you exactly where to add them) was aggravating and beyond my skill level. I have over two years of experience with code, so not a total newbie. Would definitely use the app if it would install itself, or with minimal coding and explicit directions.
I installed this app to enable sending review emails to customers but the app is so confusing and hard to understand.

The Starter is advertised for $9, but after installing the app the real price is $15 per month. Get your * together, what a waste of time after spending lots of time researching the apps and costs!

Seems to work fine, but you can't translate the texts so everything is English for now (besides the content of the e-mail you send) and I have an Spanish store. What a pity.
