Very easy to use compared to other review apps. Our store sells high quantities of small products, so my only complaint is that we had to upgrade to the premium plan in order to be able to request reviews from the majority of our customers in a specific month.

Great app been using since 2016 and gained 100s of reviews. Recommend to anyone looking to collect reviews
Great app so far and very easy to use. I just got my first 2 reviews and it made me so happy!!!
Have not started using yet but seems seamless and great for reviews. Even the free version. Will be back once I am used to app

This app does everything I need! The staff are super helpful! They respond and fix any issues right away. Highly recommend! :)
Stamped 'support' is the worst. Do NOT waste your money on this app. I am paying $600/mo for the Professional plan. There is a permissions bug that their support team cannot figure out, and instead of helping, they simply ignore open tickets. New tickets are responded to, but then I am ghosted again. For this premium price, you would expect reliable support. I am going to uninstall.

From our support tickets with you, I can see your Klayvio issue has been resolved and that Ashok has also found a solution he will be communicating with you in your upcoming support call.
To address your comments on feeling "ghosted", from what I can see we need to do a better job setting expectations when we have escalated your request to our senior support or product engineers for further investigation. We had not stopped replying, but your ticket had been further escalated to our Senior team which can have increased wait times associated.

I just started using Stamped.io and I love the way it has integrated with my website. It looks great. The reviews keep on coming and no doubt it will help to continue to build the brand and build trust with new customers that come across it for the first time. Customer service are great and fast which are the most important factors when I'm getting an app. Although there are limitations in regards to design and automation set up, its a decent app for the price it offers. Will recommend to people!

Has great customer service. A bit expensive, but I suppose they all are. Difficult to get google seller ratings but great for product reviews.
