Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

So far so good! Stamped.io has been easy to implement and any questions I've had have been answered by the app developer quickly, including having them adding code to my store. My store sells fretwork panels that allow people to customise their flat-pack furniture, so the ability to collect photos reviews is incredibly powerful. This app is very good, it takes a while to get used to but when you do it's worth it!

UPDATE: The Stamped.io team were amazing help and were very swift in their reply to me. I initially believed the API access wasn't available except on the enterprise plan but it is available on lower plans. I also requested a minor custom modification and it was resolved by the team very quickly. Cannot recommend more! Thank you!

I downloaded the app 2 weeks ago and it has been the most painful and excruciating experience to date with building our Shopify store. It was impossible to import reviews without their manual help. I am unable to customize anything. Choosing a specific layout for the reviews gives us product pages with different review layouts (some are in columns, some masonary) making our product page look messy and unprofessional. Cannot change font colors, style etc. It's been over a week I have been asking for help and following up and my concerns have still not been addressed. I get vague responses that they will look into it and then crickets. Looking for another app now.
