Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Works really well for our needs and can't say enough about the customer service, it is super fast and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions, fix things that weren't working and made sure everything was working exactly how we needed it to (they even followed me up when I got too busy to sort something out!). Very happy.

Great little app that automatically schedules review request emails. This helps massively in getting some product reviews. They also have some nice widgets for displaying reviews and review stats on your website. No longer needs Shopify reviews, which also simplifies things a bit.

Ever since using this app we get 5x the reviews we used to with the Shopify Reviews app. It makes it super easy for customers since the stars are already embedded in the email. It also looks great on the site visually.
The support team is also extremely helpful, they've done a lot of the implementation for us and even custom coded things.

Based on our original review (listed below) the feedback from the Stamped.io Team showed us that they did have the capability we were hoping for. It's so nice to automate requesting reviews from our customers - saving us so much time! Our only suggestion would be if we could have the first item in the e-mail be for the most expensive item in the order or from a ranking of collections that could specify... Most of our customers create a review for the first item listed in the e-mail and don't go back to review the rest of the items. (Not the apps fault we know but it is the result we see.) We sell children's special occasion clothing and customers end up writing a review for the $7.95 pair of socks rather than the $100 First Communion dress...
