App works very well and customer service is stellar. We had a question about publishing reviews and it was answered immediately once we reached out to customer service.

Great app, it might be a bit slow sometimes, but the customer service is great. THE BEST! If you need review app, this is one is great.

Set up was fairly easy. I needed to have them customize the coupon CTAs and they did it quickly. Would have been nice to have that feature built-in though so we can do it ourselves instead of always having to email CS.
