Customer service has gone completely downhill from when we first started using this app. We've been facing several bugs and glitches related to star badges or the main reviews widget not loading. Customer support rep either claims its downtime with Stamped, or that they've fixed the issue, or that there is no issue.

We've attempted to ask for review exports with our images multiple times which customer support was unable to understand and kept dodging the question to keep us with them.

incredible support, it has never taken longer than 24 hours to get a response. AND what's unique is that my request is already implemented before I get an answer, without all this back and forth bells and whistles. just crazy

We've been using Stamped for a year now and it's working great and looks good on our website. Last time we had a problem with the app because of some changes in my store and their support immediately helped us to resolve the issue so now it's working perfect again. Thanks support!

I have been using both the Review and Loyalty apps for a few years. Whenever I have a problem or question, the Stamped crew is always quick to respond also the backend admin is very straightforward.

Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. But good grief it's painful getting there. Some of the advertised functionality doesn't actually work. Some only works with impractical work arounds. And the UX of the app isn't great. It's the most buggy app I've ever used on Shopify. Plus customer service for anything other than basic stuff is incredibly slow. First responders answer quickly on the helpchat, but then pass you through to a second tier that responds via email and then things get mired down, often to a standstill. And if your issue it too difficult they just quietly abandon it.
