The best customer support I've ever received. The apps works great and support is fast and extremely helpful in getting me set up and responding to questions. The design of the widgets and emails are also optimized for conversion.
Great app- works smooth, and very happy with customer support. I wanted to change a few fields custom, and they literally helped do it for me and then sent me instructions on how to do it in the future. Highly recommend.
Great review app, really easy to use with lots of helpful and customisable features, including automated email prompts. Amazing amount of functionality in the free version too, which is perfect if you are starting out.

I needed to import old reviews to my new website and had a lot of issues during the process. The support staff was very helpful and great to deal with! Someone always gets back to you quickly and they're always very helpful and professional. Absolutely superb customer service!
