Nothing but AMAZING things to say about this app and the team behind it. I had a few issues where reviews weren't showing up and had questions about the review limits. Support team responds so quick (even within minutes)! Very happy to have downloaded Stamped.io :)

I've been using this app for quite some time. I have it in 3 of my shops. It generally works very well on its own, but if I ever run into an issue, they are super quick to respond, typically with a solution that has been immediately implemented. I highly recommend!!

This has been a great product for us so far. It's allowed us to not only see the good but also the bad feedback from customers and reach out to them to resolve their issues quickly. There are so many features packed into this app that we've only scratched the surface of what you can do with it - but we will dive deeper into it when we get some more time. Some of the documentation seems to be a bit thin (or we weren't reading it well enough) but the customer support team have been able to really quickly answer our questions and get us up and running when we've been stuck on anything - shout out to Rachelle, thanks for your assistance!

The premium functionalities look amazing as well but the price goes up quite a lot - hopefully we will afford them in the future!
