I love this app, the automated emails take away the time consuming task of following up with each customer. This app makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, the import and export functionality are great. You're also able to import all previous orders and transfer reviews from prior third party platforms.
The customer support is amazing, staff are very helpful and respond quickly.

The service of these guys is really incredible... support emails answered within minutes and problem solved. Can't recommend the app highly enough.
Support is top-notch and they respond to issues very quickly, even at 5:30 in the morning! Love this app.

I really like this app. It's very easy to use & has a good amount of options for a free app. I also appreciate the occasional Star Wars reference when I login- using the force to make me write this review haha. I don't have to spend time manually sending reviews to my customers, this does is for me...then reminds them after a week. It also allows me to respond to customer reviews, which is an excellent feature.
