Amazing app. We were debating between Yotpo and Stamped, and were testing out the different platforms. Stamped is definitely more user-friendly and super transparent with the features & pricing. Excellent customer service as well - Ivan really helped us a lot and made our transition from shopify reviews to Stamped a whole lot easier.
Update: A huge thanks to Alyssa, Ivan, and the stamped team for helping me out with the checkout comments & reviews. The team was really helpful and even gave suggestions to improve the deliverability of our stamped review emails.

We recently implemented Stamped Review and so far its been a great experience. Most importantly the support team has been super responsive in helping us get set up, helping with formatting changes/questions and following up to check that we are all good. Customer service is AMAZING! They made the widgets for me, and literally made any style tweak I needed. That saved me HOURS of work. And I've gotten great reviews from the email template they helped design. They're more like a business partner than an app. Love love love them.

New reviews started disappearing and review count was not showing correctly. I contacted customer support, they helped me right away. They gave me very clear instructions. Not being tech savy, I couldn't figure out the simple instructions so I contacted them again. AND THEY DID IT FOR ME! Reviews are now showing up correctly. Happy customer by far!

Very easy to use, easy to customise, and good backup support as well!
So far so good. We were previously requesting reviews manually but the automated process in Stamped has done away with that. Seen a massive uplift in just a few days. The support team have been very helpful and quick to respond.
