A formatting issue suddenly appeared with how our reviews were being displayed. We reached out via the app's chat function to request assistance. And within 24 hours Marcel had resolved the issues, even communicating back and forth throughout. This app has THE BEST, incomparable, customer service of anything on the Shopify App Store. This app is very intuitive to configure and set up from the Stamped.io admin account. I was able to migrate my existing Shopify reviews easily and customize my emails quickly. Even with the free account type, I received responses to my support questions quickly. Once I upgraded to a paid account, I was able to create a more customized experience with the help of Ivan O. Thank you so much for being professional and living up to the great reviews that are already posted in the app store!
After a few issues with support, Joel stepped in and solved all our issues and was responsive, supportive and knowledgeable.

Great app and support. Plenty of functionality and options to select and personalize the review experience and the support has been excellent each time we have hit a hurdle getting something new set up. Tried a few review apps so far, easily the best we have seen.
Great app to manage your customer reviews which are obviously a key pillar to increase conversion rate. Easy as well to put together reviews from products composing a bundle.
I couldn't be happier! I've been using this app for a few months, originally started using it to get reviews on Google Shopping Ads. Worked great for that but also has been very nice to have the reviews on my site in several places.
Very customizable and if you need a tweek or change they are fast and friendly and do a great job.

There are tons of review apps you can find in Shopify and many of them are really great apps. I've tried most of the review apps that are highly recommended before I decided to stick with Stamped.io. What makes me stick with them and what makes them stand out from the rest of the competitors is their unbelievably good customer support, their sophisticated app functions and the very reasonably priced plans. Maybe I can share more below.
1) Customer support - Their excellent customer support is the reason that triggered me to write this long review. I have many doubts and questions before I signed up to this app and they have cleared all my doubts. Tommy especially has been very efficient in getting back to my emails. Normally I would expect customer service to get back to me within a day or so but most of the time he gets back to me in 1 or 2 hours and even in minutes! If you have any technical issues due to integration of the app with your theme, they will help you out too.
2) The app functions - The app is very intuitive and you can learn how to use it in a very short amount of time. One function that I really like is that whenever there is an order from customer, a review request email will be queued to send to the customer. You are able to customize the display of the email and the number of days to send out the email after fulfillment. You will also be notified after customer has reviewed the product. You can also customize the display of reviews on your store according to your preferences. There are many other great functions that you will know when you try the app out. No app is perfect but they are always improving the app, so if you have any suggestion on the functionality, talk to them and they will try their best to improve it.
3) Great priced plans - Last but not least the price of the app is one of the most cost-efficient. Very reasonable priced and affordable for the functions that you'll be getting. If you are on a low-budget and some of the functionality is a must for you, talk to them and they will try their best to help you out.
Great product, easy to use. Anytime I need help, the reps are available and quick to respond. Highly recommended.
