Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

I’ve been using this app for years and I really do love it. I like that the design of the reviews widget is very clean and organized. It’s easy to read the reviews on my site. Some of the other apps the reviews displays very clunky.

The customer service is second to none! I’ve been working with Anthony R. and this guy really has the patience of a saint! He was amazing and helped me with everything!

Great app, great customer service!

I’ve been using Stamped for my Shopify store and really appreciate the features it offers for collecting and showcasing reviews. I recently experienced a small issue, and Eslam from the support team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. He responded promptly, provided clear guidance with helpful images, and got everything sorted smoothly.

The API documentation could be improved. The API is very often unavailable. Support is very slow and has very rarely been able to help us. The Backend is slow. Syncing reviews counts into metafields is apparently a process that would take months to implement, so we decided to implement it ourselves.

Stamped has been an integral part of our website for a few years now. It's easy to use and the support has been excellent the small number of times that we've had to use it.

We've been using Stamped for the past couple of years and although the app is not perfect, they're pretty damn great, including their customer support. No tickets remains unsolved, no matter how technical it gets.

Phenomenal product. Been using them for 3 years now. They continuously update. And their customer service goes above and beyond. They've literally done coding for me related to the app, which is crazy nice. Highly recommend. And the price point smashes others like yotpo out of the water

We are pleased with Stamped Product Reviews. It was easy to set up and adds so much value to our site. It was very slow when we started but they have released some updates that have improved the speed a lot. Their support team are very responsive and they have a proactive account team who reach out to help as well.

We cannot recommend this app and really miss the old Shopify Review app just because of how easy it was to use. This Stamped Review app is extremely slow, super glitchy and we seem to have to contact support often because of something popping up and not working. I will say they do respond to customer service in a reasonable time and get our issues resolved but I don't feel so many issues should be happening this often. We are just not happy with the sluggish performance and always dealing with issues with reviews either not posting, how you cannot block or now even delete consistent spam reviews, the sluggish load times which have improved a little recently, not showing a "Thank You" so your customer knows the review went through like we are dealing with now, etc. We are just getting tired of the constant issues we are experiencing with this app and having to reach out to support. If we find things improve we are happy to change our review but so far not so good I'm sorry to say.

Been using it for a year plus, and have been really happy with it's seamless ability to collect customer feedback, and having it displayed within the product pages in a visually pleasing manner.

So far I really like Stamped. It came recommended to me. I use their free plan, and it's still very useful. Adds a lot of production value to my store. And their customer support is 1 on 1, very attentive, and able to customize certain things completely for free.
