Really impressed with the features and control, the gamification and ease of deployment. Having come from Yotpo, this is a step up.
The support is incredibly tight also, not only assisting but actually jumping in to fix/get things done.

We like the app a lot! The customer support was also very fast when we needed help (reviews were not updating to star rating). The free version is good enough, although the paid version could be even better especially if you have more than 50 orders per month.

It has everything you need from a reviews app and more and comes at a very reasonable price compared to lesser competitors.

I like how this app automatically sends reviews after the customer has received their order. It was easy to install and setup.
