We only got stamped.io a couple of days ago, but it is looking great so far. We used yotpo in the past but were looking to switch because it got so damn expensive. Stamped.io support has been a fantastic help with the integration, thanks!

i absolutely love this app. its what i was hoping to achieve for my new store. i would totally recommend it to other store owners. i love the different features that are offered even for the free package. a lifesaver.

The add-on is awesome. Out of any of the review tools I use, I get the most responses from this one. You need to get reviews! For the free or low priced version, this tool should be a requirement for your store!

This has to be one of the best app's I have added. Its super easy to use, plus the customer service has been available within minutes whenever I have needed them!!!

Apparently this app sends out review requests to your customers as soon as you install it and set it up. Before you're even ready for it.

I already had another review app installed and only installed this one to check out its features. But It sent out all these review requests to my customers without me even knowing and I only found out after I uninstalled it, and started receiving ratings from customers.

So I re-installed it to check the history, and guess what, as soon as I re-installed, the app started sending out review emails AGAIN by default. I didn't even ask for it to send. It just went ahead and sent on its own without me even touching anything.

Definitely not the most user-friendly and intuitive app. Could not even find an option somewhere for me to pause or stop the emails. I could only select everything in the queue and archive them (even then I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it).

The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out. Thanks.

Our support provides a 12-hour guarantee in replying to all queries regardless of the level of plan, and most queries will be attended to within the first few hours. We can definitely do better and improve on the level of support provided for our users.

Having an issue logging in and connecting to shopify each time I open the website. go.stamped.io/v3 page doesnt load and freezes up.

This seems to be a browser cache issue. Could you kindly log out completely of Shopify, clear the browser cache, and then re-log into Shopify, before attempting to open Stamped.io via the app panel?

Unbelievable app that adds a ton of features that other apps charge you a much larger monthly fee for (and then don't even do it as well). Probably the best app we've added to our store in terms of the experience it adds for our customers!
