So far so good. Really easy to use and intuitive. Easy to customize preferences and track review and even answer back to them!
I used to use Yotpo, this app is far superior. It's a cheaper price point for more options, customer support is great and their implementation team is awesome.

We only got stamped.io a couple of days ago, but it is looking great so far. We used yotpo in the past but were looking to switch because it got so damn expensive. Stamped.io support has been a fantastic help with the integration, thanks!

The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out.
