Great to start out for a growing business, and then grow into more features as you can afford it and your business gets bigger. Not only that - the customer service is extremely responsive, and help you out to customize or make the program perfect for your business. Amazing app. I would definitely go for this one in conjunction with the Shopify Reviews app. Even on the free level it gives you the very important SEO benefit of having reviews. I am a paid subscriber and they are adding new features all the time and improving. Thanks!

Stamped is the Product Reviews your store needs. So many amazing features (emailing customers after purchase, collecting quotes at checkout, Messenger Review option and more).

I've had to use Support a few times for things I was not able to figure out myself and they are always responsive and friendly. If you're looking for a solution, I would start here.
