I like the app. Unfortunately, I can't use it's default payment gateway for my products. Otherwise, it reallly is a great application.

Stamped.io isn't restricted to any payment gateways, there are actually no restrictions at all :)
You can use our app on your storefront regardless of the payment gateway you use.

Have only had the app for a week. Customisations need a developer but the basic features are great and so is the customer service after installation.

We're glad to hear that you're liking our features and customer support.
We do have basic customization options on the app which will cover most of our users' needs, but any advanced customizations will require some CSS coding knowledge.

The customer group are awesome people, patient, responsive and effective. They went way above expectations in helping me
I cannot fault the customer support I have received in setting up both this and their Rewards/Loyalty app. I am looking forward to linking the reviews and rewards apps to offer an integrated service to my customers and make it easier for me to manage my store.
Customer service team are fantastic - replied to to advise they had fixed the problem within a few minutes :-)

I tried 3 other similar products. Stamped.io had the cleanest dashboard and fastest customer support. The tool is very intuitive and much more powerful than the others in terms of granular controls and site hosting.
Just started using this two hours ago. So intuitive and easy to set up. Looking forward to getting some reviews.
