I was searching for the best review app and was deciding between this one and another big competitor starting with Yot...that tried charging me over $10,000 for the year claiming they were the only ones with certain features. Then I compared the services between them and Stamped.io and stamped.io not only offered the same exact services and quality but the customer service was amazing. I spoke with Judy online and she walked me through every single section and feature then followed up with me and helped me get everything setup perfectly. Then wen't above and beyond to double check all my settings to make sure everything was correct. Couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Stamped.io and the great customer service I recieved from Judy L. She really cares about your business and success. Definitly a customer for life! Very very happy!

Customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful. I had an issue with filtering profanity on the website and Mohamed and Ashok were quick to assist :)
The app does more than I expected - customers leave photos with their reviews - and I am now looking at the loyalty program. Customer service has also been great. Highly recommended.
We have been using Stamped.io to communicate with our customers and solicit reviews and feedback. It works great and our customers report that it is non-intrusive. Recently I needed some help with the configuration of the carousel tool on our front page. I contacted Support and Chris was able to quickly help me and in less than 30 minutes, the changes were on our site. That's great customer service !!!!

We have used Stamped.io for several years and it works for us. It helps us collect and analyze reviews. From time to time, we consider other apps, but we have no reason to change. Stampled.io gets the job done. Technical support is exceptional both in a timely response and expertise in all details.
