The Stamped support team has time and time again assisted with much needed specific details required for my store. They are easily approachable and do a wonderful job!

The service, support and features that Stamped provide, for the cost is outstanding. UX is a little tricky but once you get to grips with it, the whole package is very powerful.

So far I have enjoyed using this app. It is very easy to use and understand. The free plan seems to work very well, so I can only imagine how the next plan up would be like.

June 4 - Great product. We found we got significantly more good reviews when we switched to Product Review Addon and the customer service is top notch too. Update Feb 7 - Still getting amazing customer service. All questions happily replied within 1-2 hours and super efficient at getting to the crux of the problem and fixing it. Highly recommended. Sep 23 update - Gotta say these guys are just unreal for customer service. They've managed to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. Latest was a 10 minute turnaround on a Sunday. Highly recommend this app!

Great app! They've been very helpful when setting up the app on our store. They've always helped when we asked for help - the help was FAST! Never had any issues with the Review app or their post-sale service. Don't waste anymore time, get the app.

The support has been first class, it's made the initial leap of putting reviews on our store a lot easier having a platform that sits in so well and is also so easy to use. Best bang for your buck in the review/ugc game. Exponentially less expensive than all of the top-tier competitors for nearly the same features. 100% recommend.

Nothing but good things to say. Pricing is fair, customizability is good, and the dashboard/ user interface is excellent after the update. Very intuitive & easy to use, plus customer service is great. After trying many different review platforms, we have no reason to leave Stamped.io. Stamped provides everything we need and more.

I just installed it and started to customise it. You can translate everything and it completely meets my expectations :-)
