Brilliant app and the only thing better than the app is the customer service. Thank you Alyssa and Stamped.io!
Main issue is with their server. When we send review requests at 5pm and they don't actually send until 2am (with no visibility on when they will be sent), it defeats the purpose of being able to manually control what time your reviews are sent.
They have come back to say that "server volumes" caused the delay, but unfortunately the impact to our response rate has been material.
Amazing app! Best app out there. Fair pricing compare to all they offer. It has very clean and simple designs and a lot of features and it has Google shopping reviews feed without killing your budget! The customer support is outstanding! Highly recommended!

This plugin shows the full richsnippets on the search engine 1 price 2 availability 3 star rating and it should increase your click-through rate from the search engine page to my website.
And one of the best thing about this plug-in it's nearly 8 times cheaper than yotpo that gives the same exact features.
I have been using stamped for around 2 years now. The functionality is great, easy to use and the website display is very professional. I had some issues with code in the checkout recently and emailed the team - they had it fixed within the day, the prompt and friendly service was much appreciated!
