Very user friendly, and super useful.
Amazing customer service and a very powerful app. Not the best interface though, which makes their amazing customer service very clutch.

Works great and the free option includes a ton a features - honestly, other apps charge an insane amount of money and don't even do as much as the free version of this app does. Customer service is timely and very helpful. One of the few apps where you can get professional performance without breaking the bank.
Had amazing customer service and my issue was fixed instantly which I was expecting for it to take a couple hours!
This app gets 5 Stars because there aren't 10! This app is a powerful tool for encouraging customers to promote your products. Highly recommended. Install ASAP - you won't be sorry.
very nice and easy to use app. Was wondering though that once emails have been sent and then moved to archive, I cant seem to send to customer as a reminder again if they haven't reviewed the items they bought.
The process of sending out these emails would have taken too much of my time. This app is a lifesaver.
