I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. Extremely buggy interface, nothing loads as intended. Our customers complain all the time they can't do this and that - after years of using this app it's time to ditch it and move on. Their backend must be horrendous and we pay premium prices to get a garbage system.

I used Stamped.io for almost two years (not the 10 months shown due to technical reasons) and in that time the company went from being pretty darn good to pretty darn bad. Maybe it has something to do with the change in ownership, but I finally ditched this company in favour of a different one - for less money too. The deciding factor was page load times. My Reviews page at one point took 40 seconds to load! Across mobile and desktop, there was a real delay in any page that had Stamped code and that's just un-acceptable. The urgent communication with customer service took a day and here was the response: "Apologies for the inconvenience. Regarding the widgets speed issue, the engineering team is working to increase the DB capacity to improve the load speed. Rest assured that we are working to improve the speed issue and there will be a big difference very soon :) Let us know if there are any doubts on this." I had doubts and glad I switched. My page speeds are back to normal.

I wouldn't recommend using this app. There is too much difficulties involved when you need to export your reviews. They won't allow all pictures to be exported. When i complained, i was told to add some complicated codes on over 800 reviews and i asked them for help to assist because i assumed it should automatically be exported but they refused to assist. Update!
Terrible!!! They provided me with urls of each photos and left me to figure out all by myself what review has which photo from 878 reviews. Other review app allows you export your review peacefully with pictures. I don't understand why they cannot provide you with such service. I still do not recommend.

Bad app, bad customer support. We are a small business and startup so we rarely if ever reached the 50 orders per month limit, but for some reason we were always over the limit and review request emails would never be sent. However, that didn’t stop Stamped.io from spamming us with emails that we have reached our monthly limit and should upgrade. We gave up on the app until 11/1/18 when we received an email from a customer. Our customer had received a review email regarding an order that was two years old. The customer was confused, upset and panicked believing that their credit card information had been stolen and used to make a purchase. I immediately checked our records and assured him that no new purchase has been made. So I contacted Stamped.io customer support for an explanation and resolution and this was their response, and I quote:

"I checked that you are in the Lite plan and it comes with a monthly of 50 order limit and it doesn't meet your sending needs. …I suggest considering upgrading your plan to a great limit so you can send review emails for all the orders placed."

So after two rounds of emails and never addressing why they were sending review emails to two year old customers, we uninstalled the app.

Update: No, the issue was never resolved. However, we found a much better review app in Judge.me - no 50 order limit, review importer, more features, great support and it's FREE!

We are sorry to hear about the experience you had with Stamped.io, our support team could have clarified better on the query you had.

Stamped.io counts the number of orders review emails are sent out to. Once your limit is reached for the month, review emails will pause sending and accumulate in the queue.

The review emails will resume sending:
- on a new month when the limit is reset at the start of each month
- when there's a greater order limit, an upgrade

The customer had received the review email for the old order due to the large number of backlogged review emails in the queue since the app was installed.

We do apologize for not addressing your query earlier and resolving your concerns.
Stamped.io definitely has more value-added features compared to Judge.me, and our plans are priced competitively compared to other review apps in the market which offers a similar set of features.

We hope you will re-consider our app again in the future!

I have tried contacting support for 4 days now. The stars are not displaying on my shopify site and I've made no changes.

Very very very poor customer service. I will be switching to Klaviyo immediately for this reason.

Other apps are much better. Stamped.io puts CSS customization behind a paywall, and their interface is ugly. It loads slow and is not nearly as user friendly and costs more. I'm not happy with it.

Stamped.io allows for full customization of the display widgets even on the free plan, it can be done by applying the CSS codes within the theme files.

App non fiable pour ce qui est de la facturation. Après avoir choisi un plan payant, je suis revenu au plan gratuit mais l'App m'est toujours facturée depuis des mois!

While the app does a fair job (quite often it is slow, does not load correctly on mobile, and fails to load CSS on the plans page), the pricing and the sales team are the worst.

Customers (or new potential customers) should be aware that similar apps charge 1/4 of the annual price of Stamped for even better features.
We find it disgusting that the only way to access the Google Shopping Reviews feature is to pay 1400$/year - when other apps offer that for 19$ a month.

Having mentioned that to the sales team, they offered a ridiculous discount with a rude reply inviting us to use another "low-cost app" if we were not happy with their offer.

For instance, we are thrilled to switch reviews provider (after 2 years) and invite savvy customers to do the same - maybe Stamped will start to appreciate their customer reviews more.

** UPDATE **
Would Not recommend. After removing the app access coding remains on my website. They can not remove it as it distort several product pages. I now have a distorted website and not ETA when the issue will be resolved. Major headache "

After using Stamped IO for a year I had to update my review. The basic feature of collecting reviews work fine. Keep in mind you have to pay more & more to collect reviews. Maybe if you are just starting out this app is okay but in you are having more than 100 orders a month, would not recommend.

I have reached out to Stamped multiple times for varies things, coding needs to be updated, paid $200+ for a plan for ads to reflect on google ads ( FYI this was never resolved and $200 went down the drain as I did not get access to the feature I was paying for ). You will always have to " leave a message " or talk to a bot. No matter the time of day.

This effects your customer service experience as it if frustrating not being able to talk to a live person EVER in the chat. Takes about 24hrs to get a respond and most of the time they send you a link to a discussion board of them assisting another business that's kind of related to your question.

Super frustrating because when you reply saying this does not help and you need them to update or remove their code & not send you to a discussion board to do it yourself it takes another 12 hrs for a reply and they still may not help.

I found a better app to serve my business, received 8-10 reviews after installing the app which made me feel like emails were not being sent out properly.

I followed the steps to remove Stamped IO but the reviews was still reflecting on my website causing a glitch. I contacted Stamped IO, no response. Contacted Shopify for assistance and Shopify contacted the developer to remove the coding, no response.

Had to send multiple request to help, my website was down for 24 hrs due to the coding issue. When a rep reached out I provided access to my store to resolve the issue, they never logged in.

Another rep reached out and sent me to a blog post to do it myself. Didn't work. Sent more messages & then notice the website was fixed but no one ever responded to my messages or advised they fixed the issue.

This process with canceling my plan confirmed I made the right decision as the customer support is the worse.

FYI - I have tried all tier plans and never noticed a difference in service or operations.

It's very very slow to open this App, really annoying every day to use it. Anyone who can recommend another one which loads more quickly?
