It seems a little overwhelming at first, but the step by step pop ups make it easy to navigate and set up.
After trialling a few review apps this was by far my fave. The interface is really clean and easy to use and the review requests look super professional. The team went above and beyond to answer all my questions and were super helpful!
The support team has been incredibly helpful in resolving all our questions and inquiries. Would definitely love to see Stamped building out their functionalities even further; maybe the ability to design emails better with the help of an integration like Klaviyo! But can't complain much!
Easy to install and the review via email is a great feature. My only complaint is you have to upgrade just to import your previous orders even if you don't need that level of plan.
Love the app. It met my needs.

updated! They are not as responsive as before. Take more than two weeks to response and never help to resolve my issue. The worst you can ever meet, I will not use this app on my other websites, never!!!
The free plan works really well for what I need it for and the couple of issues I had setting it up were resolved quickly by support. Definitely better than the apps I was using before
Very quick customer service! They're always quick to respond whenever you have questions or need troubleshooting. Highly recommend this app. Looks very clean on the product page also.
