The app is good, but the support is everything. We switched over from another much higher priced system and were concerned about a potential lack of support. The team at Stamped.io is exceptional - they respond only via email, but respond quickly and efficiently. Super helpful and always there to make sure your experience with the app is top notch. We have been using this app for a couple weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. It is far better than the alternatives. We have the premium account and it's really worth it at a reasonable price. Also, impressing features that come with it such as importing existing reviews from other apps/platforms, social media sharing (auto/manual), and option to customize product recommendations with the review request.

Seems great so far. Customizable and has lots of pretty great features and support. We recently swapped from another review platform that cost more and offered less. So we're quite happy.
