Update: I finally got ahold of the correct person and they were able to get my issue resolved within a few hours. The issue turned out to not be a problem with my (product_id) data but a cache issue with their servers. Thank you very much for stepping in and figuring out what the real issue was and getting it resolved. You provided great customer service.

I've used this app for a while and the support used to be really good. I've had a issue for a week were reviews imported just don't show up on the product and if I search for the product_id I can't fined them. I've been emailing back and forth with support and they won't really look into the issue. just telling me that the reviews have been synced or sending me a document telling me how to reassign reviews to other products. The support for this app used to be great but once it starts taking over a week to get help its not use-full anymore.

The app works great, and I've really been enjoying how everything is working. However, I can't do a 5-star review because, sadly, the customer support, although able to reply fast and nicely, was not as helpful as one would hope in this day and age. I had a question to which they replied very fast and nicely but neglected to say that solve was not available for all plans. That lack of vital information would've saved me time preparing every step the customer service advised, as it would've saved them (Stamped.io) time in back and forward with emails trying to understand why it wasn't working until it was pointed out it was not for all plans. That was my experience; you may have a different one, still, that says nothing about the app itself, which has been working great so far. 5 stars on the app, 3 on the customer service.

This app has helped us generate so many reviews! I love how customizable it is, from the triggers for sending emails to the email layout itself. It integrates so well with our site and the UI looks very sleek. I love that you are able to filter for certain star ratings and sort by most helpful, highest/lowest rating, etc. It's also been extremely helpful that this integrates with Google Ads! My only gripe with the app is the Marketing section, where you can convert reviews into shareable graphics for social media and your website. The concept is great but the execution is terrible. If you have any Adobe experience, this feels mind-numbingly rudimentary. Basic functionalities like rulers, snap-to and even undo/redo don't exist, making it really cumbersome to make even the slightest edit to their default templates. I would love it if the product title was a default text field on their templates! Unless Stamped rolls out some updates, you're better off creating these UGC graphics manually.

While I have had issues with this app, the customer service is awesome. They work really hard to solve your problem. I find the app easy to use.

This app is not bad, however, it is riddled with WAY too many options and is unorganized (not great UI). The help button from within the app does not work. It is also annoying to see UPGRADE all the time, everywhere. Would prefer something much more minimalistic and straightforward, not needing to hunt around everywhere for a million options. UPDATE: Pretty good support from Arjun, decided to upgrade this review.

So far so good. Lots of options and extra functionality that allows you to make the most of your reviews. Great work - keep it up!

I would be helpful if we could attached files to the responses. It would be helpful if there was the ability to accent words in "bold" type. Having the ability to use color would be helpful. When multiple people are answering questions, one cannot see that the other has answered a question without refreshing the page. It would be VERY helpful if answers were shown across all agents in real time.

I installed this app to start sending email automation to collect reviews and send coupons for the customers who interact. So far, so good, everything seems to be working correctly! There were some bugs while setting the whole thing up that made the process a little more slowly, but I instantly emailed the support who was super fast, helpful, and accurate in solving my problems. Would be good to have more attractive design solutions to show the reviews on the homepage of our website :)

This is a great and cost effective product review app. I would give it 5 stars however I wish I could have more customisation features for the review emails at the lower priced plans. Other then that, this app is really great and is so simply enabled on any Shopify store.
