I've been using the business plan for years and at this price, I expect a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the app is slow and difficult to navigate. The biggest issue, however, is that our saved settings seem to change on their own. Our custom post-review layout randomly reverted to the default version, even though we never made any changes. Other settings, like automatic review updates, have also altered without our input. This inconsistency makes the app unreliable, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
We cannot recommend this app and really miss the old Shopify Review app just because of how easy it was to use. This Stamped Review app is extremely slow, super glitchy and we seem to have to contact support often because of something popping up and not working. I will say they do respond to customer service in a reasonable time and get our issues resolved but I don't feel so many issues should be happening this often. We are just not happy with the sluggish performance and always dealing with issues with reviews either not posting, how you cannot block or now even delete consistent spam reviews, the sluggish load times which have improved a little recently, not showing a "Thank You" so your customer knows the review went through like we are dealing with now, etc. We are just getting tired of the constant issues we are experiencing with this app and having to reach out to support. If we find things improve we are happy to change our review but so far not so good I'm sorry to say.
The API documentation could be improved. The API is very often unavailable. Support is very slow and has very rarely been able to help us.
Use this app if you want to get sued for being out of compliance with American ADA WCAG accessibility issues.
They don't care about you or your business and it shows because they don't do anything about it.
This app does not work as stated. Review imports are nigh on impossible, conflicting info is given re. date formats and errors constantly get thrown up. Also, the app incorrectly inverts dates for some reviews if import achieved - giving future dates for reviews (e.g. 3 December 2024). Also, the app is so slow to update changes made (i.e., 24 hours for a small change to an email review template). Unusable.
New updates on the app make it worthless to use, and basic features like import reviews are not working anymore.
widget is constantly buggy and customer support are almost non-existent. They cant be contacted by live chat and you will have to wait a whole day just to get a simple fix. Strongly doesnt recommend
Warning: After using the reviews app only, I switched to a full year plan of Full Suite (Loyalty and Reviews) with Stamped. The loyalty portion did not work, with an obscure explanation that it would work when I was migrated to their new Loyalty 2.0 (despite the fact I had just signed up). They refunded me, and I returned to working with Smile for Loyalty. Since then (April 19), Stamped is no longer sending review events to Smile, despite the apps being configured correctly. I have escalated service tickets in for over 5 business days with no solution.
All of our reviews are gone... please help
Try to contact support for immediate support , but unfortunately you need to email support and wait God knows how long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
