Love this app, does what it says. Which the plans were a little more reasonable though. Some functions require big plans.
This app is not bad, however, it is riddled with WAY too many options and is unorganized (not great UI). The help button from within the app does not work. It is also annoying to see UPGRADE all the time, everywhere. Would prefer something much more minimalistic and straightforward, not needing to hunt around everywhere for a million options. UPDATE: Pretty good support from Arjun, decided to upgrade this review.

While I have had issues with this app, the customer service is awesome. They work really hard to solve your problem. I find the app easy to use.

We had some problems with installation but received help from Lovell and the issue was handled right away. App working great now!
I like the App because it sends automatic emails to my customers. However, sometimes it doesn't synchronize with my store as I wish it could.

Our store use this app to encourage product reviews and incentivize customer to feedback. The UI is easy to use and support team works efficiently.
Update: I finally got ahold of the correct person and they were able to get my issue resolved within a few hours. The issue turned out to not be a problem with my (product_id) data but a cache issue with their servers. Thank you very much for stepping in and figuring out what the real issue was and getting it resolved. You provided great customer service.
I've used this app for a while and the support used to be really good. I've had a issue for a week were reviews imported just don't show up on the product and if I search for the product_id I can't fined them. I've been emailing back and forth with support and they won't really look into the issue. just telling me that the reviews have been synced or sending me a document telling me how to reassign reviews to other products. The support for this app used to be great but once it starts taking over a week to get help its not use-full anymore.

We realized that the reviews you've imported had incorrect product data (product_id), and hence the product isn't attached to the correct Products.

This app has its issues, but the customer support is friendly and tries their best to help out. It's also got a lot of features that we haven't even dug into yet.
Super app and easy to setup and use. The support received is also very good.
Great app, but it would be even better if I could customize the email wording and review buttons for my German customers.
