UPDATE: STAMPED WILL NOT SEND AN EXPORT OF YOUR REVIEW DATA (including critical data such as review images and video). They will only send partial data which is not portable. MAJOR RED FLAG!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Caution: Stamped app has completely destroyed my Facebook pixel and ruined all optimization within my Facebook Ad Account. For some reason that Stamped cannot explain, they intermittently report purchase events to Facebook when a user loads a product detail page. There are not real purchases, but since they are reported to Facebook, Facebook optimizes ad spend based on these "conversions." Over the past few days, Stamped reported $344B of fake conversions (yes, Billion). That completely overwhelms the YEARS of real data accumulated on my pixel, and my ad account is now worthless and must be abandoned.
This has been going on off-and-on for over a year. Multiple times Stamped has told me they fixed the issue, but then it returns. They have stopped responding to me entirely. They will not send me my data so that I can move to another review platform.
Stamped is the biggest mistake I have ever made in my decade long journey in e-commerce. Beware.

Great app, does exactly what you would hope that it would. Really like the ability to see how many emails have gone out, if they've been opened, when they're scheduled etc etc.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.

Great support team. Wonderful App. Only thing I would like to change is having the ability to edit the language settings ourselves.

I tried this app after many failed attempts with a competitor app - I struggled initially with getting stamped to work, however the customer service from stamped was impeccable, super quick responses at 10pm, logging into my account for me to fix the issue themselves. Cannot fault them. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service, and once it's set up, the app works exactly as it's supposed to. I've removed one star because it is not at all easy to setup, and when we first upgraded to the more expensive and comprehensive version of the app, there wasn't even any explanation of how to access the user portal, so we literally could not figure out how to move forward.

As soon as we reached out to Rachelle and Tommy they were super responsive and helpful, but feels like there should be a manual or guide or something to allow users to set themselves up and have a more comprehensive problem solving section. But now that we're set up, we're quite pleased with the product.

Great app, works well with very little input from my end.
The only downfall is: customers using some email platforms cant submit the review directly from their email. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.
