Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I use this app so my customers can leave reviews. It builds trust with future buyers. I was having difficulty getting the reviews to show up on the collection pages. The support team is SO helpful and accomplished that for me. I would really recommend this ap for every Shopify store owner. I also would like to say that they have REAL people who you can text and communicate with. That makes the experience so much better!!!

The app is great and helps customer's share their thoughts and feedback. I have control of adjusting the presentation on the site easily through the UI. the support staff is most excellent. Ashok is great to work with.

Great customer service and has all the features I needed for more store. I love that I am able to get fit feedback and show that on the main widget for customers to see how other customers have felt about the fit.

Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen. Sie funktioniert super und der Support hilft unverzüglich. Sehr nett und kompetent!! So schnell habe ich einen Support noch nicht erlebt. Und dann alles richtig verstanden und umgesetzt. Obwohl ich auf deutsch geschrieben habe. ;)))

Update - August 20204: My product reviews wasn’t showing in my store and I had no idea why. I reach out to the Stamped team on a weekend when I discovered the problem, i wasn’t expecting a reply until the following week, James got back to me started investigating the problem. The issue was that I’d updated my theme and the Stamped script hadn’t transferred across. Within 24 hours James had fixed the problem and my reviews are now showing again.

I wasn't receiving replies to my support requests, for some reason, until someone from the team reached out to me directly and got to the bottom of the issue. The Stamped team had their app installed within hours of me sending a request as I couldn't do it. I look forward to using the app as I like the automatic/scheduled review messages customers will get.

I recently had a question regarding excluding certain products from our rewards program. Samantha was extremely helpful and kind while helping us come to a solution when we hit a bit of a hiccup. She was prompt to respond to emails, and always a step ahead in finding a solution.

Plus, our customers are LOVING being able to earn points on purchases. Great app. Great UI. Exceptional customer support and service.

Stamped.ip is amazing! Vi with the support team went over and beyond to help me with a review request! On the backend Vi went in to create a widget on my classes landing page, so I could start getting reviews on my site.
