Customer service is top notch. Tommy has been very helpful in getting our website's reviews up and running. App works well, it's super easy for customers to fill out reviews in the email they receive, which boosts the number of reviews we are getting.

Wide range of customization. Very fast support response. Love it and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a review apps beyond the basics.

Stamped was a great find for us. Here's why:

- The ability to collect video reviews at a reasonable price point
- Google Rating integration
- Reasonable customization of emails and displays
- Integration with all of our other relevant tools

All in all, it's their customer service that has been my favorite part. I'd wager we're more high maintenance than most stores, and they are always responsive and helpful.

Recommendations:
- I would love 'widget 2' with a carousel
- Email editor could still get a little more friendly and robust

But overall, we're thrilled and look forward to implementing Stamped on our other brand website when our pre-payment on our previous tool is up.

This app is great: easy to use, does what it needs to, and the customer service is great. We already had it on another store, so did not think for a second about which reviews app to use when setting up this new store. Can definitely recommend!

Nice automation and really easy to get more reviews through the program. It helps to experiment with settings for the best result, but you get tons of control on the user end. Once you get it set, it basically runs itself.

Nice moderation controls as well and I especially like that you can message customers directly through the dashboard. Helps us to turn around negative reviews that were because of some confusion.

Review look good on the website as well and easy to push to other platforms.

We've tried a few different review aps, and Stamped seems to be the best one available for Shopify stores.

This is a very easy to set up and use app that blended seamlessly with the look of our site and was straight forward and easy to migrate from one platform to another when the time came.
