I really really love Stamped.io I have been using the app to collect and send out review requests. a good amount of functions for the free version.

Have been using Stamped.io for a number of months and have been impressed with it. Yes it does take quite a bit of time to setup and customise so that it fits with your brand and website, but then so would any other product that is worth the money. Had a few minor issues I wanted addressing, minor performance tweaks and Tommy responded very quickly even over the weekend and resolved these issues. Seemed nothing a hassle and so I have been very impressed with both the App and the support. Recommended.

It works great, many useful features + amazing support! We have product reviews implemented everywhere on the website and every time we had any difficulties the support team was responding within a couple of hours and helping to resolve the issue. Thank you

We are now using it for our second shopify store. All app is self answering, however in case you need support, its fast and accurate.

This app was easy for me to self install, even on a custom non-shopify theme (Retina). The support responded within minutes of my inquiries, and the software developers have taken great time to create easy to understand guides for various integrations. I am looking forward to the product rich snippets on google, which unfortunately requires an upgraded paid version of the app, but in my opinion definitely worth the cost if you have a lot of good reviews! Also, I was able to use a separate app to export Etsy reviews directly into this app, which really helped my shopify products look more filled out.

Stamped customer service are some of the best that we've dealt with. We were having some difficulty getting our SPF/DKIM records verified through our DNS and everyone that we interacted with were fantastic! Only thing that I would like that isn't yet offered is more customization and control over what exactly goes into the emails. Integration with Klaviyo is good but could be better if there were more Stamped specific blocks to design with in Klaviyo that would help with my one gripe. But, their CS is so good that we can just email for any assistance and find workarounds to make it work.

We use this app for reviews, works well. I had some questions and the service levels were above and beyond. Thanks.
