Great, easy to use app with fantastic support!

support was awesome!! Alyssa was very helpful and intuitive of what I needed. AS for the app we JUST started. So far so good :)

I have been using this app on my store for quite some time and it's always been awesome. One of the biggest complaints I have however is the constant changes lately to the app. I had requested from support many many months ago to help me install a specific widget because it was not working for me and they asked me to make them "part of the store" and I did and they NEVER even logged in and installed anything. So...I gave up on wanting that feature. Still, kind of annoying the lack of follow-thru from support. Also, the box that pops up when you are in the app itself moderating reviews ext, WILL NOT GO AWAY! I am so tired of completing the same two steps over and over and over again and the "box" not marking those two things done so it will go away. Please fix your bugs and please learn to follow through and customer response.

Excellent reviews app for Shopify stores with first class responsive support. Integration is seamless and reviews are easy to manage and display.

We started with the free plan and then upgraded. Overall, it works very well and can be adapted to any language. Nice app!
Update: When covid struck and we lost all our revenue overnight due to inability to ship, they wouldn't let us pause subscription and preserve data (like all other apps). They said asked us not to and they promised to apply a credit instead but actually charged us at the end of the month. Thinking only of themselves.

Stamped support is very quick and helpful. The app reflects the description in the app store. There is some room for improvement in the UI. I would love it if we had more control over it as developers.

These guys are great - I would give them 6 stars if I could. Not only has their polished reviews widget helped boost trust in our product - and sales as a result, but their customer support is next level. They're responsive to emails and have gone out of their way to give us the reviews integration of our dreams. Seriously, give Stamped Premium a try and see if it doesn't change your business.

I recently moved over from Yotpo. Where I found their service, features and pricing outrageous. The swap was seamless! And the service exceptional. I’d highly recommend stamped to anybody looking for either an alternative or a their first reviews system.
