Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We've been very happy with Stamped.io to date. Well done application, prompt customer service (David was super courteous), and overall easy to use. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to leverage reviews for their Shopify site.

Update: Still have quality customer support. The app was slowing down and Arjun fixed it without any further questions. I don't understand all the negative comments on this app. It can be buggy, but be patient and ask for assistance and in the end it works great!...

Stamped.io app works well and customer service is great - timely responses and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Stamped is one of the few apps I've been impressed with from Day 1. I have been ULTRA impressed with literally everything across the board which says a lot because I am extremely demanding.

I was skeptical at first because Shopify apps are usually garbage and overpriced. Within 5 days from installing the app I was able to import all my Amazon reviews, sent review requests to 2,000 past customers to generate several hundred organic reviews (with photos!), and have images and pictures all over my storefront. The app looks great on mobile and doesn't slow down the site at all. It definitely generates organic traffic back to the site too, which is always great to help keep repeat business.

The only area to keep in mind is that it took the developer time to get it configured properly. Maybe 7-8 hours of low-level development work, but could do it faster with a better developer. We'll probably tweak some visuals slightly, since I'm trying to figure out how to display half-star ratings (3.5 or 4.5 stars, instead of rounding up/down)

Also want to give props to customer support. They were absolutely fantastic, based in Singapore I think. Great english, ultra fast response times, extremely helpful in responding and resolving our issues.

Needless to say, I went from ultra skeptical to upgrading to an annual plan on the business tier. 5 stars for sure.

Great customer support! They answer questions promptly and fix any issues you have. We thrive on having customers being able to review our items and they ensure we are able to do that!

Fantastic customer service!! These guys helped us migrate from Yotpo to Stamped.io with ease. When I ran into something I was unable to do myself, they took over and completed the full migration for me! And they're always quick to respond to enquiries. I'm loving the service as well as the technology.
