Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Really easy setup and amazing customer service! Glad that I switched over to Stamped.io

Used Yotpo in the past which was just a waste of money and their customer service was horrible. They don't want to help small businesses if they can't get them to subscribe to their 8k/year package.

Great add on, Just having issues with majority of all review requests going to SPAM folders, not sure if there is a fix for that. Would be 5* if I canget some assurance that emails are getting opened.

These guys provide amazing and timely support. We have a very large catalog and some of the features can be a bit cumbersome to use manually. A quick email to support saved our team days of work! Absolutely wonderful app and amazingly fast and effective customer support.

Running both the Reviews and Rewards programs in the app. Best thing about the app is the service from the team, often getting a response from the Founder, Tommy. Documentation on everything isn't the best but the support definitely makes up for it. Going live next week so will update if any problems arise.
