Charged every month on multiple stores. Yet havent been able to access in over a month, support is horrid. They say update the app when there is no clear indiciatino on how to update. Not sure what we are paying for at this point. We never leave comments but after the expierence here is was just.

This app is great, the dashboard is really user friendly for someone who is inexperienced.
I have had to contact support and received fantastic support from Ben who solved my queries promptly and with ease.
Definitely recommend this app. There is a great free plan, but also the functions of the paid plan are really good depending on your needs you could go either way.

The reviews did not display properly at first, now it is causing pages with broken javascript, reaching out the support although responded quickly at first, still no solution yet

paid for the upgraded plan and received zero support. I have emailed ten times and all I get is canned response. No onboarding what so ever. Definitively a waste of time and money. No phone either!

This is the worst app developer we work with. The app is extremely slow, they don't do what they promise, the service is zero. We very much regret installing this app.

The app has been great up until the orange gift box and widgets disappeared all of a sudden. The team however was quick to respond when I submitted the request and had resolved it in a very timely manner, nuch quicker than I expected. We really appreciate your help. Will definitely look into upgrading our plan when our small business picks up. Thanks again!
