Customer service are always super helpful and quick to respond! Every time we have needed to reach out to them, they have always done their best to resolve our issue.

This app works really well with Shopify Reviews, my only gripe is that you have to manage the reviews in 2 locations IF you disable auto publishing. It's a little pricier than some other review apps (but you don't mind when it works as described and continues to improve, whjich this does!) but far cheaper than certain other review apps.
App works great and has a lot of features. We use the basic paid plan and are totally happy with it. The support ist outstanding and helped us with every problem within 1 or 2 days. Totally recommend!

I used this app to be able to get all the reviews for our different products and coffees. Customer service is awesome! And the app is easy to use!
Update: Stamped.io's Support team was performing very slow and inaccurate but I think they have fixed this issue.
Other than I love it and I purchased a yearly plan.
Thank you all. It used to be great with a very fast responding support team.
Now, the support team responds very late with inadequate responses.
Please fix this issue.

It is a very good app from the technical point of view. I had an administrative glitch that resulted in temporary double charging but the App's customer support worked with Shopify to get double payments refunded.

Our developers have checked and realized that there was 2 accounts being billed for another duplicated store, this usually happens when there’s a additional account signed up separately before installing the Shopify app.

This is a great tool for anyone with an e-commerce shop! With so many things to do it's hard to keep track of every customer's order. This add-on can be scheduled to send an email for a review after a chosen time period. You want to make sure your customer has had a chance to use the item in order to review and you won't always have the time to go through your customer list and determine which one should get a request for a review. This cuts out the guess work and handles the emailing as well. I set a time of 2 weeks after purchase to send a request for a review. So far, so good.
