Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

The app does more than I expected - customers leave photos with their reviews - and I am now looking at the loyalty program. Customer service has also been great. Highly recommended.

Nice app to automate the process of sending out review requests in combination with the Shopify Product Reviews app for our store (https://www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com).

Easy to install and easy to configure. It's great that the first 50 emails are free. Will definitely think about upgrading to a paid plan.

We have been using Stamped.io to communicate with our customers and solicit reviews and feedback. It works great and our customers report that it is non-intrusive. Recently I needed some help with the configuration of the carousel tool on our front page. I contacted Support and Chris was able to quickly help me and in less than 30 minutes, the changes were on our site. That's great customer service !!!!

We have used Stamped.io for several years and it works for us. It helps us collect and analyze reviews. From time to time, we consider other apps, but we have no reason to change. We used this app on a previous website and where so impressed with the app and the support form the team we did not even entertain looking at any other review app for our store. It is easy to use, the team will install the widgets for you if you request, response time is the fastest I have experienced, I don't think they ever sleep.
The features are great, what we particular like is the ability to show verified purchase reviews from our Amazon store on our website, this gives us a two for one benefit and helps with product launches.
