as far as customizing goes and the ease of the app I do like it. I did test out the review column just to get a feel of how everything would work out currently I am on the free plan but as my business scales I do plan to upgrade. customer service is also great with their response time which is a must when you in a time crunch and in need of a fast response. one thing off the checklist, very happy so far with the service and application itself.
Tommy took the time and went above and beyond to help me get my product review feed set up in Google's merchant center. I'm new to shopping ads, so I really appreciated the fact that he was patient in explaining the details of everything especially when I was having difficulties. So happy I made the switch from what I was using previously!

Integrates well with Shopify. Customer service is quick and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone with an online store.

App allows for great customization to fit the theme of your store. Customer service is also excellent!
The reviews just started being sent and they're pouring in! In the 3 months prior we probably got 3-4 reviews total, in the last two days we've gotten 11. Love this app. If you care about social proof and have good products, definitely get this app.
The best costumer service! Loved everything in the app, Im not tech savy and this app really makes it easy and pain free! Super recommended! Costumer service is super quick and nice, it make it a lot more easier!

How does e-commerce knows how important reviews are that goes without saying. On top of a fantastic app, the support team is outstanding. Had some troubles uploading some existing reviews from another platform and the team were always there to help. Can only highly recommend!!!
