I used the app to help me with my shopify store. It was a bit difficult to understand at first but after putting effort into it, I was able to figure it out. It would be helpful if there were video tutorials that were easily accessible to supplement it. Other than that it was great!

We like the app and the support team has been great. Have only used the free version, but will probably need to upgrade to paid in the future.
Good app! We had a few issues with importing reviews from our old website but we were able to get them resolved. Support is very helpful. We wanted the placement of our reviews moved to a new location on our website and they could do that for us in a timely manner. We are now just waiting on orders to come in so we can send review requests.

Soy nuevo en todo esto, me parece muy intuitiva y fácil de acceder sin saber de programación y esas cosas. Podrían mejorar al poner la aplicación en idioma español.
Good customer service. Quick and prompt response. It was not easy to set up at the beginning though, but once it set, the app run smoothly which is what we want.

Me gustaría que fuera más fácil publicar banners, tampoco me queda claro cuando una reseña si pública o no.
los diseños de los banners me gustaría personalizarlos pero quizá es algo del plan que he contratado.
