Quite possibly our favorite app in Shopify. Has helped us improve all around trust on our site, has improved the frequency of customers leaving us reviews, has improved the all-around user-friendliness of our website, improved our appearance in search results, I could go on and on... Support from Tommy has been top-notch as well.

The best review app you can get for your Shopify store, with top-notch customer service. Anytime I had a question they got back to me quickly and always resolved any issue I had. They converted all the reviews I had from another review app so I could display them on my store. The best part is Stamped.io works with Shopify reviews so the integration is very easy. Highly recommended!!

This is one of the best in terms of ROI thus far. I have managed to set it up and configure in few minutes and the results have been outstanding - I literally get between 15 to 25% of people responding with review. I know our product & customer service important to form this good opinion, however, before it has never been THAT easy to review the product & purchase. Respond directly via email - what can be simpler? Thanks Tommy and the team.

SO amazing to see the reviews POURING in, without my having had to lift much of a finger. We got 22 reviews in one day this week! And customers being able to do the review right IN the email and hit submit is a great UX. LOVE this app. Thanks so much!

Great customer support and easy to use interface

This app is amazing for reviews and everything else it does. It does so much as does it all so well. The support is amazing. They are incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. I've been using it for years and any time I've had an issue or question they've had it an answer right away

Unfortunately, we’ve lost confidence in the reliability of this app and can no longer recommend it to other merchants.

The review widget on our product pages has broken 7 times in the last 3 months (that we’ve noticed), including for the entirety of Black Friday weekend.

Each time we reach out to support, we’re either told it was a service outage that has now been fixed or that they’ve checked and it appears to be working again.

The problem is that you need to regularly test this app for problems, because without doing anything to it, something will break or go wrong and if you’re not regularly checking & testing and it can potentially go unnoticed for significant periods of time.

For example, about 5 months ago, I decided to leave a test review from a product page and realised that the submit button wasn’t working. We were still receiving reviews via email invitations, so it’s difficult to say how long this had been broken for.

Also, the back end is extremely buggy - pressing publish review, paging through reviews or rotating a customer image for example is extremely slow and sometimes doesn’t work - requiring a refresh, which then takes you to a loading page for >10 seconds before you can access the app again.

We have used this app for a few years now and it has been great! Awesome support and very timely. Would recommend!
