Absolutely fantastic customer service, paired with a phenomenal app! We were using Stamped previously, but when the Shopify free reviews app was discontinued, we switched that side over to Stamped as well.

The guides for transferring over worked seamlessly, and support was incredibly helpful in helping us get everything working!

We've been a customer since about 2017 on the Reviews product. A lot of features have been added over that time.

We recently went through a theme upgrade and I forgot to re-add the script to the theme.liquid, their tech support resolved the issue quickly.

They're a stable and reliable partner for your business.

I've had a Stamped App for my Rockin Wellness Superfood Vegan Nutrition and Protein Shakes for years. Recently I needed to update some coding and was super confused. Eslam in the support team was beyond helpful and kind! Everything is now running smoothly & I am pleased and thankful for great support! Eslam ROCKS!

AWESOME support. It is a Saturday and the chatbot was of little use. It then invited me to get in touch via email. I was not expecting much.

But then I got a reply in less than 2 minutes I would say. My reviews were missing all of a sudden and they needed to add some customer display widget. Only thing that would have been better is if they were able to tell when this issue started and why.

Possibly due to my theme, another app, or Shopify itself. Mystery continues.

I was also happy that they offered to help with the fix. It simply took a collaboration request and about 10 minutes. It would have taken me MUCH longer I am sure.

We have dealt with Stamped since 2016 and historically have been an excellent vendor - among the best we have experienced. Dealt with Elvis today on two matters. He replied promptly and professionally. Great to work with and did an excellent job to get issues resolved.

Allowing my customers to leave reviews helps me create the best products possible and also helps their fellow buyers make educated, confident decisions. This app is perfect for my needs, and when I contact their customer service, they're always friendly and super fast!

After using this app since 2019, I'm sorry to say there are some frustrating flaws which are leading is to consider migrating to another service.

1) You can't display a single review (as in one review). You can only display a review title, which the user has to click to see the review. There are a number of problems with this approach, the main one being that 99% of review titles are generic like 'Great service' or 'Great product'. This makes the reviews look fake and makes people less likely to click the title to read the review - even if they understood that you have to click to see the actual review, which most people do not.

2) You can't leverage reviews by integrating them into your content. It's infinitely more powerful when your marketing text is backed-up by a customer who says the same thing. But not being able to display a review makes this impossible (review titles are almost pointless as noted above). We've been told that to display a single review, we'd have to hire a developer to make a custom app. This sounds crazy for such basic functionality.

3) We often go through periods where in-page reviews don't display on the front-end at all. When this happens we try multiple browsers, try viewing on our phones over the mobile network (bypassing our ISP), clearing the cache etc. Then after a while, the reviews display agin.

4) The app is unacceptably slow 90% of the time - and we're on 200Mbps fibre with only two people using the bandwidth. Every click has a delay, it's crazy. Also, adding reviews in the Shopify editor is painfully slow, often requiring constant re-loads just to see them (often 3 or 4 reloads).

5) [Edit - this is now fixed] You can't search reviews! This used to work but it's been broken for months now, something support has acknowledged.

If all you need is a decent system to collect reviews and display them on product pages, then great. But if you want to start leveraging your reviews in more places around your site, like the home page, landing pages, blocks etc, then I'd seriously consider another app.

What's kept us using Stamped for so long is the great service and the people. But the crazy limitations and speed issues are forcing us to consider a different app (we're not looking forward to moving). Sorry guys, very sad to leave this review. Cheers, Ben

We have been using Stamped.io for several years now. It is a reliable way to solicit reviews from customers, and the reviews can be configured to show up on Google Shopping, or as Product Snippets.

Should you ever need support, the stamped.io team has always been responsive and helpful to our enquiries, providing a solution. Going with Stamped.io is a great choice!

Stamped is really excellent and have responsive support. However, we just found out we have been paying for a service that is not fit for our purpose because all our products are free to download (we are a publisher).

So, Stamped is great unless your products:
a) have a price of $0.00
b) have negative inventory

So, for the reason that we have just found out a + b after using Stamped for years, we're giving it a low rating. I doubt they will refund us, but they should really let users know that this is the case before signing up.

We only found out after persisting with multiple emails to support.
