Really great app and AMAZING customer service! Tommy and the rest of the team were extremely responsive and helpful as we got up and running.

Reviews seem simple, but can be more complicated than you think. Stamped make the process easy though, even if you're importing from another review platform like we were. Additionally, their customer service is top notch and has quickly handled every request we've had. (We've made several requests, but only for adding or changing features, never because of an issue with the app.) If you're on the fence, take the jump and you won't regret it.

Very easy to set up and use. The support is really fast and helpful which is nice. We like the ability to be able to display reviews on the cart page as well which helps increase conversions.

Excellent app, and a helpful support team to get it up and running to its full potential. I have been using it for just over a year and have only just run into some problems when migrating to a different theme, but it was a simple fix by the team who had everything sorted within an hour. By far the best customer service i have experienced of any app in the 5 years i have been using shopify. also the app itself is dam good, accomplishes everything you would need from a product review system, having tried a few others in the past, i feel no need to look for another system.

Social proof builds trust and I chose this app for the features and ease of use. It took me a while to upgrade (as I built up my store) but even as a "free" customer they were always very helpful. The team continue to be today with all sorts of questions or hiccups I have. I am glad I can now justify the upgrade as the new features are great. For instance I love the site badge showing 'x' verified reviews, I think that really builds trust. We tried a bunch of different review apps and this one out performs them all at a fraction of the cost. The support and features are expanding at a rapid rate while other apps remain stagnant. We reached out to support for a few custom issues and had it done within a few hours. Thanks Tommy!

This is the best way to request reviews on Shopify. Customers can submit their review directly from their email, taking away extra steps and clicks. With my little store, it makes a big difference when I have a few dozen reviews on a new product, and this REALLY helps. Highly recommended.
