We are still on the free trial but so far so good! I love how you can see who they sent the email to, if the customer open the email and if anyone left feedback! I just wish the next plan didn't go from free to $15.00 a month. Maybe like $7.00 or $10.00 and I would have already upgraded!
Very easy to set up with a step by step easy to understand tutorial. I checked out some other apps and for the free plan option this was by far the best value option.
I installed this app to start sending email automation to collect reviews and send coupons for the customers who interact. So far, so good, everything seems to be working correctly! There were some bugs while setting the whole thing up that made the process a little more slowly, but I instantly emailed the support who was super fast, helpful, and accurate in solving my problems. Would be good to have more attractive design solutions to show the reviews on the homepage of our website :)

We ran into technical difficulties and Stamped.io was quick to respond and fix our issue. They were very professional and courteous. Their software is top notch!
Other apps are much better. Stamped.io puts CSS customization behind a paywall, and their interface is ugly. It loads slow and is not nearly as user friendly and costs more. I'm not happy with it.

Stamped.io allows for full customization of the display widgets even on the free plan, it can be done by applying the CSS codes within the theme files.
We are sorry to hear that the interface is not to your liking, it is actually based on Shopify's very own Polaris UI. The dashboard is also optimized to work well across all popular desktop browsers. Decent review tool with solid functionality but needs some serious updates to be easier, more user friendly, and powerful. The email builder doesn't really allow you to have emails that feel on brand because of its limited functionality. I also wish the visual design and information architecture on the reviews list page was easier to sort through and read.

We do have the layout editor feature should you require a complete control to customize the review emails sent from Stamped.io. This is available on the business and professional plan.
We will also continue to improve on the dashboard UI to ensure that it's user-friendly and intuitive :)
This company is amazing and Tommy is simply outstanding to deal with.
They do business in the same way we do - extremely responsive and professional.
We had used YotPo previously and experienced nothing but poor service and results. Stamped.io is the opposite - probably the best vendor we have worked with in our 23 year history. We look forward to the day when they are listed as partner for Google Seller Ratings - it is long overdue.
Can't recommend Stamped.io highly enough. It is a no-brainer to work with this app and company for your product reviews.
