It is a great app. Works perfectly and has lots of functionalities. And, if that was not enough, the support team is a 10/10. They help you with everything you need! :D
No issue once its working on the web site, it just not very easy to understand how it all works or how to use it. It all a bit clunky and slow then can freeze, support is good.
Thanks for the reply to the review, but i think your missing what I'm meaning. In regards to you support set up it much improved since i last tried to use it, but it still needs a lot of work. Also you need to be able to save you own template on the Smart banners.

I recently started to use the Stamped.io App. It integrated easily to my Shopify Store and tech support was there to assist me when I needed. It also integrates well with my email marketing App.
Fantastic customer service from multiple team members at Stamped. They are there to help and answer questions quickly and efficiently. 5 stars
We use this app to get reviews on our website. The app is user friendly and the support team is quick in responding to queries and questions. All new features are usually only with upgrades, which is fair but there should be a trial period to test those features without immediately upgrading.
Overall pretty satisfied with the App.
I think it's a very good application.
They give me feedback quickly even at my request.

Been using this app for a couple of months and has been great. I had the need for some help from the stamped.io team and I have to say they have been very quick, responsive and of great help. I'm using the free level at the moment of the app and its doing a great job for me. I recommend you give it a try.
We use this app to send emailed requests for reviews and images, as well as product reviews/images on the product page. It has served us very well. In addition, the support is extraordinary! Quick reply and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
This app is most def a great app for any Shopify store owner. Having reviews on your store an awesome strategy for building trust and making sales.
