I've hadn't used it yet but look forward to using it to see the reviews I get from customers using my products.
I ve just started to use the app and i happy with it customer service is great and there is a lot of functionalities
First interaction with support has been great. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to using the app.
The app does what we wanted but more importantly the support was there when needed. I had a few questions that were answered and the also fixed a few issues we had. For us not having to spend ages sorting out issues is important and this is where good support plays its part. many thanks
So far, I'm thrilled. I just started using the app a couple of days ago, so I can't review it's full functionality yet. But I can definitely review the customer service! I've sent three emails with questions and got answers to every one within just a couple of hours. I really appreciated their prompt response, and my app is now all set up and ready to go. Bring on the reviews!
Above and beyond service , was nervous setting up reviews but found clients appreciate sharing knowledge and helping one and another .

This app was a huge step up for us from "Product Reviews" - biggest problem we needed solving was sending post-purchase emails where they could rate their product right in the email and this app does it perfectly!
Customer service is top notch. Even giving me assistance on a saturday night to make sure my reviews were all set for launch. 10/10
