Very easy to install and customize. It looks great compared to the standard Shopify Reviews app. I did have a question during setup and got an answer within minutes. Highly recommended!
When contacting Stamped, they helped with setting up the widgets and installation for us, great service!

Great app and even better support! Helped out very quickly and made the changes we need. Super easy to setup, implement and get running with.
I'm using this app to increase reviews on my store with emails. I like how you can customize the emails and schedule when they go out. I also like that you can reply to reviews. It's great that they have a free plan available for stores starting out.
Also, their support was quick to respond when I needed to tweak the code for my theme.
I'm looking forward to the time when I can upgrade my plan.
UPDATE: I did upgrade my plan and love that customers can upload their own images of the product they purchased. I now have a Shopify 2.0 theme and needed help again with the code. Support fixed the code and made a video showing me how they did it.
